I acknowledge that this is a work in progress.
Please take note although this is a great way to revamp the accessibility of your materials, the new video browser's loading time sucks. If i pause because i'm experience skipping, the video does not continue to load. Despite my having a cable connection at 1400 KBps up and 300 KBps down. Your websites streaming of videos used to be rock solid in the past and now it's trash.
Please fix the video browsers so when someone pauses, the video will continue to load

here's my wish list for the site:
- possibility to watch videos fullscreen
- video showing to the end of the last line (punchline is often cut off; latest example: Thursday Apr 24 2008 "Petraeus' Promotion" on http://www.comedycentral.com/colbertreport/)
- the ads being leveled / normalized to the contents (it's just aggravating to have the commercials shout at you at twice the volume).
Sometimes when watching the latest Colbert Report videos, the player is stuck between videos and after a while it sounds like all videos of that page play; reload resolves that. (I'm using Win XP SP2 and Firefox 2.0.0.14.)
Oh yeah, I believe in earlier times the videos weren't beeped; since you can block out territories (.ca, .au), could you also serve unbeeped videos to other territories (e.g. Europe)?

What everyone said sounded great & I hope they get what they want.
All I want is for the scores in the gaming area be reset since some seem unreasonable. (ie Reno 911 Extreme Violence... Nobody could have scored 2 Billion, lol). Individualizing the scores would be fantastic fun.
Otherwise, this is just a fantastic site that I enjoy daily. I even watch some of the advertisements to support the site, lol. Keep up the good work guys!!!
Oh ya, if you could? "Reno 911 Ext. Viol." should be expanded & made downloadable which would drive my wife nuts, lol.
Do you guys have a philosophy/approach to websites? If so, pls let me know. You guys irritate the hell out of me with your parts of the internets!
I have to create several accounts and log-in seperately for comedycentral, TDS, TCR, colbertnation, this blog. And this bumbleweedy-no-reply-from-the-developers-page seems the only place where feedback concerning the site seems appropriate. Or am I missing something?
The timeline on TDS doesn't list vids later than end of May. How are you supposed to access the single clips? I can only find them through the most popular category.
And wtf happened to the comments to the full TCR episodes???
Before I forget it: thx for the new full episode player, as it fullfilled my wish list!

I just saw a clip on television about a female cop and a 19 year old tabby cat. "Perfect for a terminally ill child or relative about to die." My father is terminally ill and so is a child I know. That is really mean. It was in poor taste. I am not an overly emotional person, but it made me cry. It really hurt my feelings.That clip is just wrong on every level. I dont care if someone makes fun of me on this thread. I wont be checking back to see it. Whoever wrote that script sucks ass. Thanks for being a prick and ruining my Sunday. Not everyone can laugh off death with someone they love very much.
Now that Obama has made his 3 pointer I would like to see McCain have the same opportunity in cartoon fashon if posssible. I see McCain and a camera crew thats falling to sleep after try 100 as McCain weakly tosses up another shot that falls way short, saying something like "just as sure as the surge is working I am gonna nail this puppy". Hey, have you ever listened to a comedy show and missed all the punch lines? I have. It's super frustrating.
Your shows are already captioned. Can you add them to your web site rebroadcasts?
NBC does it--the videos have a CC button on the videos' controls ribbon.
It would take a geek only a few hours to set it up on your site.
re chocolate news - I suppose you think what happened to emmett hill was really funny and a joke - wasn't it comical to see his beat up and mangled body on display??? funny huh? any african american involved in this show should really be ashamed of themselves for pandering to and reinforcing any racism in this country - I think you should all die a painful death by for your stupidity and willingness to prostitute yourselves for a few useless and demeaning jokes. fuck you - because you are the joke!

Naw, the funny stuff's on the show. So they say. I wouldn't know, since the web site doesn't have closed captioning. (See a pattern here?) :)
Carlos Mencia sucks. He is the worst comedian I've ever seen on TV. He doesn't tell one joke, or make one skit that his entire audience laughs at. He's not pushing the limits of comedy, he's just not funny. Don't give him a paycheck, he's awful.
